About the event

Mindful Reflection Thru Art

February Theme: Matters of the Heart - Letting Go To Make Space for What You Envision

Explore what's in your Heart at the Intersection of Art & Writing.

Designed for participant's individualized expression through mindful reflection, using the teacher's guided and uniquely created art modality of combining images and words to navigate emotions, stress, anxiety, trauma and/or specific challenges. Discover your layers through both hidden, revealed and personally-embellished art in this intuitive and process based approach to art making. Time for optional and confidential sharing provided at class end.

Materials provided or bring your chosen favorites!

Class maximum of 20 participants. [We maintain a waiting list. If you register and can no longer attend, please contact Cat (cat@scaacwa.org)  at least 48 hours before the workshop so that we can offer your spot to someone else.]
