Joy is a wonderful emotion that is built up in ourselves and gives us endurance even through difficult problems and hardships. Art is a wonderful way to reflect on the things in life that bring us joy. This all ages art project will have artists reflecting on their own feelings of what brings them joy and then learning and choosing about a color scheme to showcase this feeling. Additionally, artists will explore concentric repeating circles to show unity in their art and consider other art mediums to add texture and depth to their art piece.
All materials provided - this is what we'll be using:
-White Sulphite Paper (2 sizes, 9x12 and 12x18)
-Colored Markers
-Tempera Cake/Puck Paints
-Brushes
-Oil Pastels
-Scrap colored paper, yarn, and glitter
- liquid tempera paint in different colors
