Collage at Camano Island State Park

Class Description:

Join artist Andrew Curry on September 19th for a playful and inspiring collage class using the Kandinsky Method. Explore abstraction through color, shape, texture, and composition, drawing inspiration from Kandinsky’s belief in the expressive power of visual art and its connection to music.

Using old magazines and found materials, you'll layer images, colors, and textures to create a unique collage while experimenting with contrast, movement, and unexpected possibilities. No previous art experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and willingness to play and explore.

Please bring: Old magazines, your own drink and snack, and an open mind.

Spend the day creating, connecting, and discovering where your imagination takes you!
