Enjoy gentle yoga for all levels amongst the Art of Matzke Gallery!
Please bring your own: Yoga mat, ground blanket, and optional cushion, yoga block & strap, water.
Yoga instructor Gaylynn Beuthien has been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years. She received her 200-hour yoga & wellness teaching certificate from Breathe for Change in Seattle in 2018 and has been teaching for Riverwalk Yoga Studio in Mt. Vernon since 2020. She believes yoga is for every age and body, while encouraging her students to find their own individual comfort zone and edge to meditatively connect body, mind and spirit both on and off the mat.
