March Theme: Take Your Thoughts for a Walk
Explore your Thoughts at the Intersection of Art & Writing
Designed for participant’s individualized healing expression using teacher’s uniquely created art modality of combining images with words to release emotions, stress, anxiety, trauma or personal issues. Discover your layers through both hidden, revealed and personally-embellished word art in this intuitive and mindful approach to art making. Time for optional & confidential sharing provided at class end. Materials provided or bring your chosen favorites!
All Levels: beginning to advanced artists, writers, and internal explorers!

Facilitated monthly with changing themes by Gaylynn Beuthien: Local Artist, Art Teacher, and Healing Thru Arts facilitator with Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Master’s in Education, WA State Endorsed Art Teacher, Art with Heart Facilitator, and PESI Art Therapy Training.
