As the owner of Frivolous Notions, Kathy has been hosting community arts programs for over 10 years. When she’s not leading art workshops at Sno-Isle libraries, she’s making art in her studio in downtown Everett, WA. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to have some fun, our welcoming environment invites you to play with a variety of art materials and let your imagination run wild.
