About the event
The Whatcom Cultural Arts Festival seeks to celebrate the various diverse cultures that populate our great area. We invite folks of all backgrounds to show off what makes their culture unique through fine art, craft, food, song, dance, storytelling and any other creative endeavor.
This year’s Cultural Arts Festival will consist of a hybrid format with an exhibition and vendors at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal and online market, live interactive workshops and performances via social media.
Representation of as many cultures as possible is a festival goal. Participants are asked to create artwork, performances or food that is inspired by their cultural training and background. Participants of all skill levels working in all mediums are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:
Friday, March 10: Booth Set up: 9:30am – 12pm, Festival Hours: 12 – 6pm
Saturday, March 11: Building opens to vendors: 9am, Festival Hours: 12-6pm
Sunday, March 12: Building opens to vendors: 9am, Festival Hours: 12- 6pm, Take-Down and Clean-Up: 6-7pm (Yes! Only one hour)
Important info:
Booth Fee: $100 standard, $125 for food, nonprofit $50
Single booths are 3′ deep x 6’ wide double booths will be two 3′ deep x 6’wide spaces. As well as a store on the Allied Arts Online Market.
