Artist Market Booth Application

Meyer Art Festival Artist Market Booth Application

The Meyer Art Festival Artist Market will take place Saturday August 29, 2026 from 10am-6pm. The Market will be held during the Brick Road Block Party and will be located on the brick road and 101st Ave.

Vendors are required to provide their own tent and tables and to load and unload their booth independently.

We have very limited space and do our best to curate a wide variety of art and artists. We will not be able to accommodate all artists and encourage you to apply next year if you are not selected this year.

Artist Market vendors will be required to be set-up with all cars moved and ready for the public by 9:30am. Market booths must be staffed until the market closes at 6pm.

SCAAC, the City of Stanwood, or any event affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage to property when loading, unloading, or set-up in a booth.

There is a $75 booth fee for each 10x10 booth space. If you are selected and accept you will receive an invoice. If you do not pay the invoice by the deadline, you forfeit your space. Double booths are available at a rate of $150 for two booth spaces.

We are committed to sharing and celebrating art and educating our community. If you would like to participate in the market AND commit to actively making art in your booth throughout the event, the booth fee will be discounted to $50.
